How is the balloon count calculated?
Arch length is derived from height and width based on the shape (Wide = h+w, Balanced = 1.5h+w, Tall = 2h+w). That length is then divided by balloon diameter and multiplied by a density factor: about 0.87 balloons/unit for a single row, 4.8x for a 4-balloon-per-turn garland, or 6.3x for a 5-balloon-per-turn garland.
