Calcupedia

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Who we are and what this agreement covers

Calcupedia is a product of ECOMDIMES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13874830), with a registered office at 182-184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA. In this agreement, “Calcupedia,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ECOMDIMES LTD.

These terms govern your use of calcupedia.io, any account you create with us, and any calculator you embed on your own site through our service. By using Calcupedia, creating an account, or embedding a calculator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the calculators

Every calculator on Calcupedia is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard formulas, and are not professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying any result before relying on it, and for confirming important decisions with a qualified professional. We do not guarantee that any calculator is free of errors, though every calculator is reviewed as part of our internal QA process before publication.

Some calculators are generated with the help of our AI Calculator Creator tool. AI-generated calculators go through the same human QA review before they are published, and the same disclaimer applies to them as to any other calculator on the site.

Accounts

You need an account to create embeds, view analytics, subscribe to a paid plan, or save calculators. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, and you must be at least 16 years old to create one.

Embedding calculators

When you embed a calculator on your own website, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display that calculator through our embed code, for as long as your account and plan remain active. You do not own the calculator, its formula, or its underlying code; you own the styling and configuration choices you make in the embed customizer.

If you turn on lead capture inside an embed, you are responsible for the content of that form, for how you use the leads it collects, and for complying with applicable law (including consent and marketing regulations) on your own site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process lead data on your behalf as a service provider; your own site needs its own privacy policy covering how you use it afterward.

Plans and billing

Calcupedia offers a free plan and several paid plans, described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund any part of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your first embed on the free plan is unlocked once you add a Calcupedia badge to your own homepage and confirm it in your dashboard. Every plan displays a “Powered by Calcupedia” mark on the embedded calculator itself, unless your plan includes the option to remove it.

We may change our pricing or plan features going forward. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before any change affects your next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Calcupedia to collect personal data unlawfully or without a valid legal basis
  • Misrepresent a calculator's results as professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Use an embedded calculator to deceive your own site's visitors
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our calculators outside of the embed functionality we provide

Intellectual property

Calcupedia, our logo, our calculator library, and the underlying software are owned by ECOMDIMES LTD and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that to you. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

Third-party services

Calcupedia relies on third-party service providers to operate, including Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and Google, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we will work to restore service as quickly as reasonably possible.

Disclaimers

Calcupedia is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOMDIMES LTD's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Calcupedia is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees owed, or use the service unlawfully. Where practical, we will give you reasonable notice first. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. On termination, your embeds will stop working and any active subscription will be cancelled.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date at the top, and where a change is significant we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders directly.
