Columns, panels, and tie beams are each priced separately, quantity times unit price, then summed for the total material cost. One tie beam per panel is assumed.
Why do I need one more column than panel?
Vinyl fence panels sit between two columns, so a run of panels always needs one more column than the number of panels, the same way a fence with 5 posts has 4 sections between them.
Does this include installation cost?
No, this estimates material cost only. Vinyl fence installation labor varies by region and site conditions and should be quoted separately.
